Natalia Bakilana
Founder & Managing Principal
Ms. Natalia holds a B.S. in Business Administration. In addition, she enhanced her business education with MBA and continues to boost her expertise through self-study and research, driven from her quests to provide superb service and solutions to her clients.
Ms. Natalia has a natural leadership & project management traits. She is highly organized, a master time manager, and an excellent communicator. She is a creative thinker and a problem-solver.
Her strong integrity and work ethic motivate her to always perform efficiently. She continues to work with various clients, helping businesses owners get financially organized, and conquer their back-office projects.
Daniel Nando Ritz, CFM, CMA
Managing Partner
Dan Ritz (CFM, CMA), the Managing Partner, hold a B.S. in Finance from Boston University. Upon graduating joined the Peace Corp, where he taught small business owners’ strategic business management. After returning to the United States, before joining investment banking industry, he worked for a nonprofit located in the Mission District of San Francisco, helping local businesses secure funding for their businesses. He was recognized as the Small Business Advocate of the Year.
Ultimately, Dan led divisions at Fortune 500 companies serving the investment banking, nonprofit organizations, financial and manufacturing industries. Today, Dan continues to work with businesses nationwide delivering sustainable solutions in IT infrastructure, operations, and finance.
Dan brings a breadth of leadership and business transformation experience spanning banking, manufacturing, and technology. He offers a deep, strategic, and highly effective approach for delivering strategic objectives across operations, finance, and technology functions.
